Business and Economy in Pali

Pali, one of the 33 districts in Rajasthan, is located in a central part of the state. Pali is well connected by other districts and states by road and railway network. Jodhpur, the second largest city of Rajsthan is hardly 70 km away from Pali and it is connected to North Indian cities by rail via Jodhpur. Agriculture in Pali

Kharif and Rabi are the main crops in Pali. While Kharif crops are sown with the beginning of the first rains in July, Rabi crops are usually sown in November. The major Kharif crops in Pali are jowar, bajra, moong, groundnut, rice and red chilles.
